What does Springtown Build?
All single detached and two story homes.

Does Springtown provide financing?
Springtown does not provide financing directly, but we will be happy to refer you to our selected financial institutions who will find  the best available possible financing
package for our Springtown homes clients!

What is the average size house you build?
2000 Sq. ft. up to 3300 Sq.ft.

Why do I not see Springtown advertised in any home magazines or newspapers?
Springtown concentrate on building good homes...not good print ads! Plus......95% of our sales are referrals through previous satisfied clients... The Tradition Continues.

How big are the lots?
This answer is community depending. You will have to talk to the sales agent for more information.

What is included in the sale of the house?
All claybrick exteriors. Open staircase to basement. Beautiful  pantry in kitchen. Many other extra's are featured that are listed with the sales agent.

Do you close on time?
We are pleased to say that 100% of our homes are closed on time on the original closing date. Many have closed from 1 month to 3 months ahead of schedule.

Where can we get brochures and model home lists and prices?
From the sales office. Located in the community you have chosen to live.

What are my color choices?
Exterior: you can choose the bricks. Interior you can choose the tiles,
paint, and cabinet styles.

What are the hours of operation and location of your sales offices?
  Sales Center Hours:
  Monday - Thursday: 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  Friday + Holidays Closed
